Terms of Use

1. The service

StayPrep turns short-stay booking calendars into cleaning tasks, assigns them to staff and can sync them to a cleaner's own Google Calendar. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Free accounts

Signing up and using StayPrep is free of charge. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, no trial that converts to a paid plan, and no feature gated behind a payment. We earn revenue only through the optional affiliate partnerships described on the Affiliate Program page — you are never charged, and affiliate participation is never required to use any feature.

3. Your account

• You must be 13 or older and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• The first account created in a workspace becomes its administrator.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; deletion is immediate and permanent.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use StayPrep to store unlawful content, harass anyone, upload guest data you are not entitled to process, attempt to access other workspaces, or interfere with the service. Photos you upload for issue reports must relate to property condition only — no images of people.

5. Third-party calendars

Calendar feeds and Google Calendar connections are provided by third parties on their own terms. We import and write data as instructed by you and are not responsible for outages, changes or inaccuracies in those services.

6. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it to your workspace in order to operate the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

7. No warranty and liability

StayPrep is provided "as is". Cleaning schedules are operational aids, not guarantees; you remain responsible for the readiness of your properties. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which for free accounts is zero.

8. Termination

You may stop using StayPrep at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
