Common questions

• My bookings aren't appearing. Open Integrations, check the calendar feed is active, then press "Sync now" and review the sync log for errors.
• A clean is on the wrong day or time. Turnover rules live per unit under Properties — change the start offset, duration or ready deadline and tasks regenerate.
• I can only see my own jobs. Cleaner accounts are limited to their assigned work by design. Ask an administrator to change your role.
• Google Calendar isn't updating. Reconnect from Profile, and make sure "Sync jobs to my Google Calendar" is switched on.
• I forgot my password. Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.
• How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete account removes your account and personal data immediately. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
