Affiliate Program & Disclosure

StayPrep is free to sign up and free to use. Operated by Clear Step Digital Ltd, we keep it that way through affiliate partnerships with suppliers that rental operators already buy from — cleaning consumables, linen and laundry services, smart locks and short-stay insurance.

Disclosure

When you follow a partner link from StayPrep and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner links are always labelled. Commission never influences your cleaning schedule, task priorities or staff assignments, and no feature of StayPrep is unlocked, restricted or improved by using a partner.

Where partner links appear

• Supply suggestions when a cleaner reports a consumable is running low.
• Optional recommendations on the Issues screen (for example a linen replacement).
• A clearly marked partner section in Settings.

Links open in your device browser. Purchases happen on the partner's own site under their terms — StayPrep does not process payments and sells nothing itself.

Refer another operator

Recommending StayPrep to another host or cleaning company is welcome and unpaid on both sides: there is nothing to buy, so there is no commission to share. Send them to the sign-up page and their workspace starts free with its own data, fully separated from yours.

Becoming a partner

Suppliers serving short-stay operators can email info@clearstepdigital.com. We only list partners we would use ourselves, we disclose every placement, and we remove partners that our users report as unreliable.

Your choice

Partner suggestions can be switched off entirely in Settings. Turning them off changes nothing about your access to StayPrep.
